Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted. Please note, international returns may experience longer shipping times.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have concerns about your specific item.

Note that we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item using our standard return process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received and include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
